Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is in the news for his fitness. The body that Kartik has built for the film ‘Chandu Champion’ looks amazing. But this time Kartik is in the news for another reason. That is, Kartik has given his Juhu apartment worth around 18 crores on rent.
Karthik gave the house on rent
Karthik has given this apartment on rent for around Rs 4.5 lakh per month. According to Square Yards, it has been registered at a stamp duty of Rs 42,500. It is built in 1,912 square feet and comes under Siddhivinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing.
It is being said that Kartik Aaryan bought this apartment on 30 June 2024 and got it registered. He bought this property worth 17.8 crores along with his mother Mala Tiwari. He paid stand duty of 1.05 crores. And paid registration fee of 30 thousand rupees. He bought parking for two vehicles in it. In July 2023, Kartik’s parents bought a floor on the 8th floor under this housing project, which cost 16.5 crores.
This housing society is located in Juhu. Many celebrities live here. Luxury high rise sea view is available from here. Apart from celebrities, businessmen and professionals live here. Javed Akhtar also bought an apartment here.
