Kanwariyas have set out on the Kanwar Yatra with great enthusiasm
Kanwar Yatra 2024 (Kanwar Yatra 2024) is continuing and Kanwariyas are going with great enthusiasm to offer water to Lord Bholenath, while UP CM Yogi Adityanath (UP CM Yogi Adityanath) said Kanwadis (Kanwariyas), he said that ‘no worship is possible without self-discipline’, it is noteworthy that CM Yogi himself is monitoring all the arrangements related to the Kanwar Yatra.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “The holy month of Lord Shiva, Sawan, has begun. The Kanwar Yatra of Sawan month is famous all over the world. Devotees of Lord Shiva perform Jalabhishek in Shiva temples across the state and country. Proper arrangements have been made by the state and central government for their safe journey, so that no one faces any problem. My humble request to all the devotees is that we are all Shiva devotees and may his blessings always remain on us. No worship is possible without self-discipline… We are seeing that not only the government but people of different societies are engaged in serving them (Kanwar pilgrims) with full faith…”
Let us tell you that in view of the Kanwar Yatra, the district administration has issued orders to close all schools in Ghaziabad from July 29 to August 2. Keeping in mind the movement of children, buses and safety in the schools of Ghaziabad district, all the schools operating in the district will remain closed from July 29 to August 2.
The traffic department had already implemented the diversion plan in the district from July 22. Additional police forces have been deployed on the Kanwar route by the Police Commissionerate.
The month of Shravan has started from 22nd July and since the main Jalabhishek Shivratri is on 2nd August, a large number of Shiva devotees take water from Haridwar through the Ghaziabad border and go to various states and districts including Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi.
