No one has a problem in protecting their identity. Baba Ramdev also gave his reaction regarding Kanwariyas. He said that Kanwariyas should also show wisdom and maintain discipline. I will appeal to Sanatan Dharma to adopt Sanatan Dharma in their conduct. Yoga guru Baba Ramdev said that there is politics behind the opposition to this decision. Modi ji is also being opposed. Opponents say that the Constitution is in danger from him.

On the other hand, opposition parties have termed this move as state government sponsored bigotry and action to target Muslim shopkeepers. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav criticized the state government and said that such orders are a social crime. The government wants to spoil the peaceful atmosphere.
BSP supremo Mayawati also criticised the state government’s move, calling it unconstitutional. She said the UP government has ordered shop owners to display their full names on the Kanwar Yatra route for electoral gains. Congress’ UP unit chief Ajay Rai also condemned the decision and said the BJP-led government is trying to create distances between people. He also demanded immediate cancellation of the decision.
