There was a conspiracy to overturn the Sabarmati Express in Kanpur, UP, like the Indore-Patna Express eight years ago, in which 152 passengers lost their lives. The sleeper terrorist caught in Bihar had revealed that he had overturned the Indore-Patna Express after taking money. In Kanpur, an attempt was made to overturn the Sabarmati Express going from Patna to Ahmedabad between Govindpuri and Bhimsen station at 2:30 am on Saturday night, in which a 3 feet long piece of rail track was placed in front of the engine.
On Saturday night in Kanpur, the wheels of the engine were the first to derail, because as soon as the collision took place, there was a loud explosion and the driver applied emergency brakes, after which the rear coaches derailed. DRM Deepak of Prayagraj division had accepted the fact of a loud explosion. On behalf of the railway, engineer Mahendra Pratap Singh has filed a report against an unknown person in Panki police station.
The same route of the train, the same tracks and the same time of the night, when 8 years ago the sleeper model of terrorists had killed 150 people by overturning the Indore-Patna Express. Eight years later, on Saturday night, a conspiracy was hatched to overturn the Sabarmati Express in Kanpur. For this, a 3 feet long piece of rail track was placed on the railway track. Allahabad division railway officer Mahendra Kumar Singh has lodged a report in Kanpur’s Panki police station against the unknown person who caused the Sabarmati train accident. After this, security agencies, from UP ATS, STF to central agencies are on alert. In the Indore Patna Express accident that happened 8 years ago, action was taken against many railway officials including the DRM of that time.
Let us tell you that 8 years ago on 20 November 2016, Indore-Patna Express going from Patna to Indore overturned at 3:00 am before Pukhrayan station. At that time also the driver had said in the report that there was a loud explosion before the train overturned. Police and railway agency were investigating that case, then police arrested an accused named Moti Paswan in Motihari district of Bihar. He had revealed that two youths had given him ₹ 70000 and asked him to overturn the Indore-Patna Express. For this, he had done recce for several days near Pukhrayan station.
When Bihar’s Motihari police took some suspects into custody and started questioning them, a person revealed to Motihari police that the mastermind of Kanpur Dehat’s Pukhraya train accident was a person sitting in Dubai. This incident was not an accident but a conspiracy.
Bihar Police immediately passed on this information to the concerned officials and agencies engaged in the investigation. A six-member ATS team from UP, led by a Deputy Superintendent of Police, immediately reached Motihari from Lucknow and questioned Sandeep.
Even before the disclosure by Motihari police, a person named Basant Kumar had sent a confidential letter to Moradabad SP Shagun Gautam informing him that the Kanpur accident was carried out by paying money to two people.
SP Railway Moradabad Shagun Gautam had written a letter on January 13 and issued an alert to the civil police including GRP and RPF in UP, in which the SP Railway himself had said that he had received information through a letter that the motive behind these incidents is to spread terror before January 26.
This letter in the name of Basant Kumar had come to SP Railway, in which it was said that he was given training in opening the keys of tracks and loosening the tracks at a deserted place on Allahabad-Banaras route. 70 thousand rupees were to be given in exchange for carrying out the incident.
According to the person who sent the letter, people named Vinod and Santosh had carried out the incident in Kanpur. As a result, the Pukhraya train accident came to light, in which 52 passengers lost their lives. After this, a train going to Jaipur met with an accident in Rura, which the accused named Moti Paswan had admitted to have been carried out by his team. In this, eight coaches of the Jaipur Express overturned near Rura station.
On 20 November 2016, around 3 am, the Indore Patna Express overturned due to an explosion before the station. 152 people lost their lives in this. There is a distance of a few kilometres between Pukhrayan and Bhimsen station, i.e., an attempt was made to overturn the Sabarmati Express about 30 kilometres before the place where the Indore-Patna Express was overturned 8 years ago.
What did DRM say about the incident?
DRM Deepak says that the security agency has been informed about the entire matter. The report has been filed, the police will investigate it on their own. Kanpur’s Joint Police Commissioner Harishchandra says that the report has been filed by the railway officer in Panki police station. Every case will be investigated by looking at the situation of previous accidents. Forensic investigation has been done in this. The track and the pieces found will be investigated at every level. Other security agencies have started the investigation along with us.
