Kanpur: Bakrid’s rooster pecked Irshad, both of them fought with sticks, the matter reached the police station

In Kanpur city, the matter escalated so much due to a rooster pecking that two parties came face to face. After which there was a fierce fight between the two parties. The police reached the spot and tried to convince both the parties but they did not agree. On which the police took legal action against those who created ruckus/assault.

Actually, in Bithoor police station area of ​​Kanpur, there was a dispute between two parties because of a rooster. The matter escalated so much that sticks were used between the two parties. Some people present there informed the police, after which both the parties were counselled a lot.
But when both the parties did not agree, the police took action. The chicken owner was made to sit in the police station.

According to the police, Naramau resident Mohammad Bakridi has kept a rooster. When this rooster is free, it pecks and bites anyone passing through the street. In the same sequence, on last Wednesday, when Irshad, who lives in Mohammad Bakridi’s neighbourhood, came out of the street, the rooster attacked him with its beak. When Irshad complained about this to the rooster owner, he started arguing.

The matter escalated so much that both the parties started beating each other with sticks. Police reached the spot after local people informed them about the fight and dispute. After which the police kept the owner of the rooster in the police station and issued a challan. At the same time, the owner of the rooster Mohammad Bakridi says that he always keeps the rooster tied, he was not at home that day, when his son came from work, the rooster came out while opening the gate and pecked the neighbor’s leg.

ACP Kalyanpur Abhishek Pandey says that the police strictly instructed the chicken owner not to leave his slaughtering chicken open at all and to keep it locked in a cage.
