Kangana Ranaut, while presenting her views in front of the Lok Sabha Speaker, said- Honorable Speaker Sir, I heartily congratulate you on behalf of myself and the people of Mandi. I am thankful that you gave me the opportunity to speak about the Mandi region for the first time. Sir, there are many art styles in our Mandi region, which are becoming extinct.
Further she said- There is an art style of building houses in our Himachal region. Various clothes are made from sheep and yak wool. Such as jackets, sweaters, shawls and caps which are highly valued in foreign countries. What steps are being taken to promote these things here. I would also like to say that the music of our Himachal, especially the tribes found in the area of Spiti or Kinnaur, Bharmour, their clothes and 8 folk forms are also becoming extinct. Talking about the actress’ work front, Kangana’s upcoming film ‘Emergency’ will hit the theatres on 6 September. Earlier this film was going to release on 4 June, but then its release date was postponed. Apart from Kangana, Anupam Kher, Milind Soman, Mahima Chaudhary and Shreyas Talpade will also be seen playing important roles in the film.
