‘Kangana Ranaut is not fit to be in Parliament’, Robert Vadra furious over actress’ statement on farmers

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi’s husband Robert Vadra has given his reaction on Kangana Ranaut’s statement. Kangana is a BJP MP, about whom Vadra says that there is no place for her in the Parliament, and that she is not worthy of it. Kangana, who became an MP from Bollywood actress, remains in the media headlines for her statements and after her recent statement on farmers, she is again in the news.

Speaking to the media, Robert Vadra said on the statement of MP Kangana Ranaut, “She is a woman. I respect her but I think she is not eligible to be in Parliament. She is not educated. I think she does not think about people. She should think about women.” Along with this, Vadra appealed to the people to come together on the issue of women’s safety.

Emphasizing on women’s safety, Robert Vadra said that all political parties should come together and think on the issue of women’s safety. Kangana Ranaut had allegedly made controversial remarks about farmers in one of her interviews yesterday. For example, her view about the months-long protests of farmers was that if there was no strong government, a situation like Bangladesh could have arisen in the country.

Claimed “rape” during the movement

During the movement, Kangana Ranaut claimed, “bodies were hanging” and “rapes” were happening. The ruling BJP MP further claimed that countries like the US and China were also conspiring behind the movement. Opposition parties started cornering Kangana and the BJP-led central government over this. For example, opposition parties are accusing the BJP government of being anti-farmer and anti-women over Kangana’s statement.

Businessman Robert Vadra was on a visit to places of worship and meet people from various sections of society, including differently-abled children, when he reacted to Kangana Ranaut’s statement calling her unfit for Parliament.
