An encounter is going on between terrorists and security forces in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, the Indian Army has confirmed that an army officer has been martyred during the encounter. The defense officer said that a captain of 48 National Rifles of the Indian Army has been martyred. Let us tell you that the army operation is still going on in Doda area.
Earlier, news had come that a terrorist was injured in the area, after which the army had launched an anti-terror operation. During this, an M-4 rifle and three bags were recovered.
There was an encounter between the army and terrorists in Doda district last month. Five soldiers, including an officer who was seriously injured in the encounter with terrorists, died in the hospital during treatment. The encounter took place when the soldiers of the National Rifles and the Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police launched a joint search operation in Dhari Gote Urarbagi in the Desa forest area, about 55 km from Doda city.
