Started many public welfare schemes like teacher recruitment, recruitment in police department, recruitment of teachers based on tribal languages ​​and Chief Minister Abua Health Insurance Scheme. Started Chief Minister Mai-Kui (Sister-Daughter) Scheme to provide financial assistance of one thousand rupees every month to women aged 21 to 50 years. Decision taken to make 200 units of electricity free. The general public will get its benefit.

‘Could not distribute appointment letters to teachers’

Champai Soren said that he made a calendar for work in every department. According to the schedule, I worked myself. Started the recruitment of tribal language teachers, but regretted that I could not distribute appointment letters to them. Also started the process of forming the Tribal Language Literature Academy. We have brought most of the schemes on track. We decided to conduct caste census and also decided which department would do this work.

He said that after Jharkhand became a separate state, the development that should have happened did not happen. The former CM said that whatever decision is taken in the party and the organization, it has to be accepted. Whatever decision has been taken about me, I will work according to it. Whether I remain in the post or not, I will continue to serve the people.
