Which minister of Jharkhand government got which department?

Hemant Government: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Monday allocated departments to ministers in his new cabinet. He has kept key departments like Home, Personnel and Cabinet Secretariat with himself. Former Chief Minister Champai Soren was also allotted the Water Resources Department besides the Higher Education and Technical Education departments.

Hemant entrusted a big responsibility to Vaidyanath Ram

Vaidyanath Ram of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has been given the responsibility of School Education and Excise Department. One of the new faces in the 12-member cabinet of the state, Deepika Pandey Singh of Congress has been given the Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Disaster Management Department. Irfan Ansari of Congress, who became a minister for the first time, has been given the responsibility of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Rural Construction Department.

Deepak Birua got this important ministry

Deepak Birua of JMM, who belongs to the ‘Ho’ tribe, has been given the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class Welfare and Transport Department. Baby Devi of JMM, who won the Dumri by-election after the death of her husband and former minister Jagannath Mahato last year, has been given the Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department.

Congress’ Rameshwar Oraon was given the Finance, Planning, Commercial Tax and Parliamentary Affairs Department. RJD’s Satyanand Bhokta got the charge of Labor and Industry Department, while Congress’ Banna Gupta was given Health and Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs Department. JMM MLA Hafizul Hasan has got the responsibility of Minority Welfare, Registration, Urban Development, Tourism and Sports and Youth Affairs.
