What is the whole matter?

Officials said that Harsh Nagotra went missing on June 11. His bike was found on the banks of Chenab river in Akhnoor. The family had lodged a missing person report in the concerned police station. Initial investigation revealed that the youth committed suicide by jumping into the river.

Before going missing, Harsh Naghotra had lost Rs 80,000 through an online gaming app. Naghotra’s family came to know about his death through a WhatsApp message from a Pakistani official.

Officials said, “The youth’s father Subhash told that he had received a WhatsApp message from a Pakistani official. In the message, the official informed that the youth’s body was recovered from a canal in Sialkot area of ​​Pakistani Punjab on June 13.”

According to officials, “The family of the youth said that they have written letters to the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The family has appealed to the Prime Minister to intervene and bring the body of the youth back to India for last rites.”
