Former Congress MP from Baharampur in Murshidabad, West Bengal, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury may join BJP. Trinamool Congress has taunted the Congress party. The party has said in a press conference that Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury may have already talked to BJP.

TMC leader Kunal Ghosh said that it seems that Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary wants to be suspended from Congress. He is trying to provoke. It is possible that he has already talked to BJP.

Adhir removed from the post of Bengal Congress President

After being removed from the post of West Bengal Congress President, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury had said that he came to know about this in a meeting that he has been removed from the post. For example, the former Congress MP said that he had asked the National President Mallikarjun Kharge to replace him with someone.

Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said that later he received a call from the party and was asked to call a meeting. He said, “I knew that the meeting was called under my chairmanship. Till that time I was the president but at the beginning of the meeting when Ghulam Ali Mir was addressing, he addressed me as the former president. Then I came to know that I have become the former Congress President of West Bengal.

Ramdas Athawale gave an open offer

After Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary was removed from the post of state unit president, RPI president Ramdas Athawale has given him an open offer. He said that he is being ignored because of losing. He is being insulted. Due to this attitude of Congress, many people left the party and joined BJP.

Athawale said, “I request Adhir Ranjan ji that if he is being insulted in Congress then he should leave Congress. I invite him to join NDA or my party RPI.”

Adhir lost the parliamentary elections

Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury is still a leader of the Congress party. He has only been removed from the post of Bengal Congress Chief. In the recent Lok Sabha elections, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury had to face defeat from the TMC candidate in Baharampur seat of Murshidabad. TMC had fielded former cricketer Yusuf Pathan here, who defeated Chowdhury by more than 85 thousand votes.
