For the past several months, Israel has been fighting a war on four fronts simultaneously. These enemies are Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis and Iran. War with Hamas in Gaza. War with Hezbollah in Lebanon. Small battles with Houthi rebels in the Red Sea and in the ocean over ships coming towards Israel and in between, small battles with Iran.
Israel is surrounded by enemies on all sides. War with Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip. War with Hezbollah in Lebanon on the northern border. Low-level conflict with Iran-backed terrorist groups in Syria. And frequent drone attacks by Houthi rebels from Yemen. Israel is used to fighting wars from many directions.

The war started from many directions between 1967 and 1973. It is still going on. In October last year, Hamas carried out a surprise attack on southern Israel. More than 1100 people were killed. Hundreds were taken hostage. Hamas was eliminated from Gaza but even now small clashes keep happening there.
After this, in April this year, Iran-backed Hezbollah from Lebanon carried out more than 300 rocket and drone attacks on the northern border. Israel handled that as well. But how is Israel fighting the war on all four fronts? What are the weapons that are giving it so much power that Israel is hurting its enemies in all four directions?

Iron Dome
Iron Dome is the world’s best air defense system. It can shoot down any missile, drone, fighter jet, helicopter. Iron Dome is a short-range air defense system that destroys rockets, artillery and mortars. This defense system can work in all weather conditions. Israel first incorporated it in the year 2012. Its radar identifies enemy missiles and rockets and destroys them in the air itself.

Lahat Missile
The full name of Lahat is Laser Homing Attack or Laser Homing-Anti Tank Missile. This missile weighing 13 kg attacks with a tandem HEAT warhead. Its range is 6 to 13 kilometers. It attacks the enemy target at a speed of 300 meters per second. It can be fired from any fighter jet or helicopter.

Hellfire AGM Missile
The Hellfire missile is fired from fighter jets, drones or helicopters. Its variants can also be fired from the ground or shoulder. The amount of gunpowder is very less. It has sharp metal blades. This missile is also known as Ninja Bomb and Flying Ginshu. Five types of warheads can be installed in this missile. Anti-tank high explosive, shaped charge, tandem anti-terror, metal augmented charge (R9X) and blast augmentation. The range of this missile is from 499 meters to 11.01 km. The maximum speed is 1601 km/hr.

Merkava Tank
Israel’s main battle tank. Israel has four variants of this. This 65 tonne tank enters the battlefield with 4 crew members and 6 soldiers. Israel never told anyone about the armor fitted on its outside. It has a 120 mm smoothbore gun. It can also launch anti-tank guided missile Lahat. Apart from this, it has a 12.7 mm machine gun, three 7.62 mm machine guns, 1 mortar launcher, 1 internal mortar launcher and 12 smoke grenade launchers. It has 48 shells. Its range is 500 km.

M109 Howitzer
It is a 155 mm self-propelled howitzer gun made in America. Its length is 30 feet. It requires four people to operate it. It uses 155 mm shells. This gun can fire four shells every minute. Its range is 21 to 40 kilometers. It has an M2 machine gun mounted on it. This tank can travel up to 350 kilometers at a time. 36 to 39 shells can be stored in this tank. It has a 12.7 mm M2HB heavy machine gun mounted on it, which fires bullets at the rate of 500 rounds per minute.

Kfir Fighter Jet
Israel’s all-weather fighter jet. It is designed like Dassault’s Mirage-5. Kaffir means lion cub. Israel has more than 220 such fighter jets. It is flown by a single pilot. The speed of the 51.4 feet long fighter jet is 2440 kilometers per hour. The combat range is 1000 or 670 kilometers.
It can reach a maximum height of 58 thousand feet. It has 2 machine guns, two unguided air-to-ground rockets. 4 Sidewinder or Python air-to-air missiles. Or more than half a dozen bombs can be installed. Gaza is being attacked with these fighter jets.

F-16 Fighting Falcon
Made by America and being used by many countries. Trusted fighter jet of many countries. This fighter jet is flown by one pilot. The 49.5 feet long plane has 3200 kg of fuel. It flies at a maximum speed of 2178 km/hour. Its combat range with full weapons is 546 km. It has a 20 mm rotary cannon. Which fires 511 rounds per minute.
It can carry 2 air-to-air missiles, 6 under wing, 3 under fuselage pylon bombs. Apart from this, 4 rockets or 6 air-to-air, air-to-surface or air-to-ship missiles can be fitted. Or a combination of these. Eight bombs can also be fitted in it.
F-15 Strike Eagle
F-15 Strike Eagle is manufactured by Boeing Company. Its length is 63.9 feet. Wingspan is 42.9 feet and height is 18.6 feet. Weight is 14,379 kg. Maximum speed is 2656 km/hour. Combat range of F-15 is 1272 km. Ferry range is 3900 km. It can reach a maximum height of 60 thousand feet. It is fitted with 20mm M61A1 Vulcan 6 barreled Gatling cannon.
Apart from this, four bombs can be fitted under the wings. It can be fitted with four types of air-to-air missiles, 9 types of air-to-surface missiles or 18 types of bombs. Or a mixture of all these can be made.
F-35 Stealth Fighter Jet
F-35 Lightning 2 is an all-weather stealth multirole combat aircraft. It is designed for air superiority and strike missions. It can also carry out missions like electronic warfare, espionage, surveillance, reconnaissance. It is flown by a single pilot. Length is 51.4 feet and height is 14.4 feet. Maximum speed is 1976 KM/hour. Combat range is 1239 KM.
It can reach a maximum height of 50 thousand feet. It has a 4 barrel 25 mm rotary cannon. Which fires 180 bullets in a minute. It has 10 hardpoints. Air to air, air to surface, air to ship and anti-ship missiles can be deployed. Apart from this, four types of bombs can be installed.
