‘Is Kamala an Indian?’, famous American wrestler makes fun of Harris!

The opposition Republican Party and its supporters are targeting US Vice President and Democratic Party’s presidential candidate Kamala Harris for her Indian origin. Legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan, a supporter of Donald Trump, also mocked Kamala Harris’ Indian identity on Monday. Hogan jokingly asked whether he should ‘thrash’ Kamala or not.

According to a report in the British newspaper ‘Daily Mail’, Hogan had arrived in Medina city of Ohio on Monday night for the launch of a new beer. 71-year-old Hulk Hogan asked his fans during the event, ‘Do you want me to defeat Kamala Harris?’

Hogan mentioned his special wrestling move (Drop the leg move) and asked if his fans wanted him to defeat Harris in the same manner.

‘Is Kamala a chameleon?’

Hulk further mocked Harris’ Indian origin and asked his fans, ‘Is Kamala a chameleon? Is Kamala an Indian?’

Kamala Harris’s father is an American of Jamaican origin and her mother came to America from India.

After making fun of Kamala Harris, Hogan also said that he would be targeted for making such comments on Harris.

A month ago too, Hogan had made fun of Kamala Harris. While speaking at the Republican Party’s annual convention, Hogan had praised Trump a lot.

Trump’s personal attacks on Kamala

The Democratic Party had earlier chosen Joe Biden as its presidential candidate but Kamala Harris replaced him in July. Since then, Trump has not stopped making personal attacks on Harris.

In an interview with the Black Journalists Association, Trump said about Harris that he could not understand whether Harris was of Indian origin or black.

Trump said, ‘She has always been of Indian descent and she has been promoting her Indian heritage. I didn’t even know that she was black until a few years ago but she became black and now she wants to be known as a black. So I don’t know if she is Indian or black.’

Republican Party’s vice-presidential candidate JD Vance also defended Trump’s remarks on Kamala Harris and said that Harris is a chameleon. He says that Harris changes her identity according to her audience.
