In Chhattisgarh, a Congress leader consumed poison along with his wife and two sons; all four died during treatment

In Janjgir Champa district of Chhattisgarh, a senior Congress leader consumed poison along with his entire family. He died during treatment in a hospital in Bilaspur. The reason why the entire family committed suicide by consuming poison is not yet known. The police sealed their house and the investigation is underway.

Senior Congress leader Panchram Yadav (65), a resident of Ward No. 10 of Janjgir area of ​​City Kotwali area, consumed poison along with his wife and two sons. ASP Rajendra Jaiswal said that on August 30, Panchram Yadav consumed poison along with his wife Dinesh Nandni Yadav (55), sons Suraj Yadav (27) and Neeraj Yadav (32), who were admitted to the district hospital for treatment. When their condition became critical, all of them were referred to Bilaspur. Neeraj Yadav died during treatment at SIMS Hospital here. After which Panchram Yadav, Dinesh Nandni Yadav and Suraj Yadav were admitted to RB Hospital. Where all three died during treatment late on the night of August 31.

A loan of Rs 40 lakh was taken

According to the information, Panchram Yadav used to do contracting work and had earlier taken a loan of Rs 40 lakh from two banks. He was also a heart patient, while his wife was suffering from cancer. Neeraj Yadav used to do a private job. Suraj Yadav used to do contracting work.

The gates on both sides of the house were closed

According to the local people, so that no one finds out, they locked the front door and went back through the back door and locked that door from inside as well. This was revealed when a girl living in the neighbourhood went to their house. When the door was not opened even after calling two-three times, she suspected something untoward and informed the people around. When the neighbours went inside the house, everyone was lying in a serious condition, who were immediately admitted to the district hospital Janjgir.
