The annual coordination meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is starting from today in Palakkad, Kerala. RSS Prachar Pramukh Sunil Ambekar said that the meeting of the Sangh will start at 9 am and will continue till September 2. 320 representatives of 32 affiliate organizations will participate in this meeting of RSS.
In the coordination meeting of RSS, along with national issues, important issues of many states like West Bengal will also be discussed. BJP President JP Nadda and Organization General Secretary BL Santosh will also be present in this meeting. This is the first coordination meeting of RSS with its affiliate organizations after the formation of Modi Government 3.0.
Why is this RSS meeting special
RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, Sahakaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale and all the Saha Sarkaryavahs will also be present in the meeting. Last year this meeting was held in Pune. The meeting is especially important at a time when a new president is to be elected for the BJP. At the same time, the election bugle has been sounded in Jammu-Kashmir, Haryana, Jharkhand and Maharashtra.
Discussion on RSS centenary year too
According to RSS Prachar Pramukh Sunil Ambekar, the coordination meeting will discuss how coordination between the affiliated organizations of the Sangh Parivar can work in a better way. The coordination meeting will also discuss the preparations for the centenary year of the RSS from September 2025 to September 2026.
Partner organizations will report
In this meeting of the Sangh, issues like social harmony, ending colonialism, environmental protection, strengthening family ties will also be discussed. In this meeting, representatives of all the associate organizations of the Sangh will report on the activities of their respective organizations.

According to sources, issues like the results of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the condition of Hindus in Bangladesh, women’s safety, agricultural and climate crisis in some states, conversion in tribal areas will also be included in the discussion.
