The case of three members of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) IT cell, who were accused in the gangrape of a B.Tech second year student of IIT-BHU, Varanasi on August 22 last year, has once again gained momentum. Because out of the three accused, Kunal Pandey and Abhishek Chauhan alias Anand have been granted bail by the High Court. At the same time, the bail plea of the third accused Saksham Patel is to be heard on September 16.

In which BJP MLA from Varanasi Cantt Assembly Saurabh Srivastava is celebrating his birthday with both the accused Kunal Pandey and Abhishek Chauhan who have got bail.

BJP MLA said the picture is 5 years old
The BJP MLA is also seen applying cake on the face of accused Abhishek Chauhan with his own hands. However, when the BJP MLA was contacted over the phone to know his side in this matter, he said that this photo is about 5 years old. He said that it can also be seen that the photo is from the Corona period. Because he is wearing a mask.
The BJP MLA said that a worker is a member of the family. He had gone to a program. During this he had to cut a cake. He said that he has no relation with the three accused now. Apart from telephone, when an attempt was made to know his side through an interview with the BJP MLA, he started avoiding coming forward.
