Education Minister Madan Dilawar had earlier called Akbar a rapist

Earlier also, Education Minister Madan Dilawar had called Akbar a rapist. He had said that Akbar used to kidnap girls. He was a rapist and hence Akbar should not be taught about in books. Akbar was not great at all. Akbar was an invader who used to kidnap beautiful women and girls by setting up Meena Bazar and then rape them. There is no need to teach about such rapists in books.

‘Their mentality must have been that of slavery’

Madan Dilawar further said, ‘Akbar was a rapist and a rapist can never be great. Those who have written books before must have had a slave mentality. That is why they included it in the syllabus. I am getting everything reviewed. I am forming a committee for this. This committee will give information about where history is being distorted.’
