IAS Pooja Khedkar news: The troubles of Maharashtra cadre trainee IAS Pooja Khedkar are increasing. She is badly trapped in the fake certificate case. Now the Union Public Service Commission (Union Public Service Commission) has also taken major action against Pooja Khedkar. UPSC has lodged an FIR against her on charges of appearing in the civil service examination through a fake identity card.

Along with this, the Union Public Service Commission also issued a show cause notice to cancel her candidature for the Civil Services Examination-2022 and bar her from appearing in future examinations. The commission has also issued an official statement. It states that the UPSC has conducted a detailed and in-depth investigation regarding Pooja Manorama Dilip Khedkar, the candidate selected for the Civil Services Examination-2022.

What fraud did Pooja Khedkar commit

The commission’s statement said that Pooja Khedkar concealed her identity by changing her name, her parents’ name, her photo/signature, her email ID, mobile number and address and took advantage of more attempts than the permissible limit under the examination rules. According to the statement, UPSC has initiated several actions against Khedkar, including filing a police FIR and criminal prosecution. Let us tell you, Khedkar, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) 2023 batch officer, was recently accused of misusing privileges during her training in Pune and using fake certificates for selection in the civil service.

Delhi Police also registered an FIR

On the other hand, Delhi Police Crime Branch has also taken action against Pooja Khedkar. Delhi Police Crime Branch has received a complaint against Pooja Khedkar. After this, the police has registered a case under forgery, disability and IT Act. It has been said in the complaint that trainee IAS Pooja Khedkar has taken 9 attempts on the basis of fake documents. FIR has been registered.
