IAS Pooja Khedkar’s troubles increased, case filed against her mother

IAS Pooja Khedkar, IAS-Probationary Officer (PO) Pooja Dilip Khedkar’s troubles have increased further. A video of her mother has surfaced in which she is allegedly seen trying to force a Pune farmer to sell land by threatening him with a pistol. After this video surfaced, the police have taken action against her mother. According to the information, Pune Rural Police has registered an FIR against Manorama Khedkar after her viral pistol video.

Recently, a video of the mother of a trainee IAS officer went viral on social media regarding a land dispute, in which she is seen threatening a farmer with a pistol. Now an FIR has been registered in this case at Pune Rural Police, Paud Police Station. Taking action in this case, the police have registered a case under sections 323, 504, 506, 143, 144, 147, 148 and 149 as well as the Arms Act.

Farmers gave statement against Manorama Khedkar

According to the information received, the incident took place on June 5, 2023 in Dhadwali village of Mulshi tehsil in Pune district. On Friday, the farmers who had a dispute with Manorama approached Pune rural police officials and later went to the Paud police station to lodge a complaint against her. However, no complaint was lodged against Manorama at the time of the incident. According to information received from senior police sources, a case has been registered against Manorama Khedkar on the basis of the statement given by the farmers.
