‘I could not fulfil the expectations, it is difficult to live’, wrote this and jumped from the 8th floor of the IAS exam

A 28-year-old student preparing for the civil services examination in Thane district of Maharashtra has committed suicide. Police said on Sunday that the exam aspirant committed suicide by jumping from the eighth floor of the building. They said that the incident took place in Vartak Nagar area at around 8.30 pm on Saturday night.

According to a news agency report, an official from Vartak Nagar police station said that the police found a ‘suicide’ note from the man’s house in which he apologized to his family members and said that he could not fulfill everyone’s great expectations and it is becoming difficult for him to survive in this world.

The student was in depression due to not being able to pass the exam

The official said that according to the man’s friends, he was probably depressed because he could not clear the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam. That is why he took this step.

The youth jumped from his house located on the eighth floor of the housing complex and fell to the ground. He said that the youth was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.

What did the student write in the suicide note before his death?

Police have found a suicide note from his house, in which he wrote, ‘It is difficult for me to survive in this world, I apologize to my parents, brothers and everyone, I could not fulfill very high expectations, I loved them, no one is responsible for my death.’ The body has been sent to the government hospital for postmortem. The officer said that Vartak Nagar police have registered a case of accidental death and are investigating.
