Husband divorces wife over phone from Saudi Arabia, suspects love affair with brother

A woman from a village in Sono police station area of ​​Jamui district was given triple talaq by her husband over mobile phone. The woman’s husband works in Saudi Arabia. The husband had come to know about the woman’s love affair with her brother-in-law. The woman says that her brother-in-law sexually exploited her by giving false promises of marriage. Now that the husband has given her talaq, the brother-in-law has also started keeping distance.

The victim woman was having an affair with her brother-in-law for two years. The brother-in-law was treating his sister-in-law like his wife. When the woman’s husband came to know about this, he gave her triple talaq over the phone from Saudi Arabia. After getting divorced from her husband, the woman now wants to marry her brother-in-law. The woman is the mother of five children. The accused brother-in-law is also the father of two children.

Accused brother-in-law of physical abuse on the pretext of marriage
In the application given to the police, the woman told that for the last three years her brother-in-law was sexually exploiting her on the pretext of marriage. When her husband came to know about this, he divorced her over the phone and now refused to keep her with him. At the same time, her brother-in-law has also started keeping distance from her and he is also not ready to keep her. The brother-in-law beats her under the influence of alcohol.

My husband has not sent a single rupee for the last three months
The victim woman said that my husband lives in Saudi Arabia and he is not giving me a single rupee for the last three months. Here, her brother-in-law has also refused to live with her. The victim woman said that before going to Saudi Arabia, she had asked her brother to take care of her. Regarding this matter, DSP Headquarters Mohammad Aftab Ahmed said that the woman has lodged a complaint in Sono police station. Further action is being taken in this regard.
