How was the UP Police exam successful? The chairman of the recruitment board told the whole story

The Uttar Pradesh government made some important changes in the method of police recruitment examination to deal with paper leak and the recruitment examination was successful. Police Recruitment Board Chairman Rajiv Krishna said that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had already made it clear that the examination will be held only in government or aided schools. Only government employees will be put on duty in the examination and technology will be used, and this is what was done.

According to the chairman of the Police Recruitment Board, information security was taken care of during the examination, in which all activities including setting of the paper, printing of the paper were personally monitored. A full proof SOP was made which was implemented 100%. This SOP was very clear and training was given for it at various levels, due to which a tight system was made and no one could break into the examination.

1541 exam related criminals kept under surveillance

Rajeev Krishna said that in the last 12 years, 1541 people involved in exam related crimes were identified and their activities were monitored. This discouraged him and others like him and they kept away from exams.

He said that using artificial intelligence played an important role in data analysis. With this, suspicious candidates were identified in real time. Monitoring was done at all levels, which ensured transparency of the examination.

Live monitoring of suspicious activities

The chairman of the Police Recruitment Board said that on the demand of the candidates, 16,400 watches and CCTVs were arranged in the examination halls. The live feed of CCTVs was received at the recruitment board, through which suspicious activities were monitored.

541 suspicious candidates were caught

By sending alerts in real time, information about suspicious candidates was provided in 20 minutes. Under this, 541 suspicious candidates were caught. He said that the process for releasing the result has started and soon the answer key and final result will be published.
