Social media platforms can identify the interest of users and then show them posts related to the same topic. Algorithms can easily understand the interest of users in most areas and show content according to their interest. However, sometimes this system also shows such content to the users, which is not of any interest to them at all.

If you send posts to friends, it’s assumed that you like the content a lot, since it takes effort to send it.
However, if the real reason you shared the content with your friends was that you were upset by it, current algorithms cannot understand it.
