This is how Aman Sehrawat lost weight
On Thursday, Aman got into weight loss mode after losing his semifinal bout against Japan’s Rei Higuchi at 6:30 pm. The ‘mission’ began with an hour-and-a-half mat session in which two senior coaches made him stand up and wrestle, followed by an hour-long hot bath session. At 12:30 pm, he went to the gym, where Aman ran on the treadmill for an hour without stopping.

Sweating out helped him lose weight. After this, he was given a 30-minute break, followed by five sessions of 5-minute sauna bath. By the end of the last session, Aman still weighed 900 grams more. Then he was given a massage, after which he was asked to jog. After this, there were five 15-minute running sessions. By 4:30 in the morning, Aman weighed 56.9 kg, that is, 100 grams less. After this, the coach and the wrestler heaved a sigh of relief.

The coach measured Aman Sehrawat’s weight every hour
