According to the information, this case is from Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. It is being told that a hidden camera was installed in the girls hostel of Gudvaleru College of Engineering here. As soon as this information was received, anger spread among the students. Students gathered in the college campus and started raising slogans of ‘We want justice’. Students demanded strict action against those who breached privacy and shared the video.

As soon as the information about the protest was received, the local police reached the spot. The police investigated the matter and then took the final year engineering student into custody. However, the identity of the student has not been revealed. The police is investigating the matter by interrogating him.

Police registered a case and started investigating the matter

The police registered a case after the incident that took place yesterday at Gudlavalleru Engineering College. Officials said that no hidden camera was found in the girls’ hostel. The police examined the laptops, mobiles and other electronic gadgets of the accused in the presence of students and college staff. No incriminating evidence was found during this time.

The officials have assured the students that there is no need to worry about this matter. The investigation is ongoing. The Superintendent of Police said that anyone doing any wrongdoing will be identified and strict action will be taken against them.
