According to sources, Kolkata rape-murder accused Sanjay Roy had consumed alcohol that night. He had also visited two red light areas that night. Apart from this, information is also coming to light that Sanjay Roy had molested a woman on the road that night and had also asked for nude photos from a woman.

If sources are to be believed, that night Sanjay Roy had even peeked into the operation theatre in the seminar hall of the hospital before committing the crime.

Let us tell you that the accused Sanjay Roy is in police custody since August 14. The police have arrested him on charges of raping and murdering a trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata. He is currently in judicial custody for 14 days. Sanjay was working as a civic volunteer with the Disaster Management Group of Kolkata Police since 2019. Since his arrest, new revelations are being made about Sanjay Roy every day.

CCTV footage shows Sanjay Roy entering the emergency building of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital at 4 am on the day of the incident. He was wearing a Bluetooth device around his neck. However, when he came out of the building 40 minutes later, the earphones were missing. Police found a Bluetooth device lying near the dead body of the victim doctor. Investigation revealed that this device was connected to the Bluetooth of Sanjay Roy’s mobile. In this way, police found a link of Sanjay Roy with this gruesome incident.

Kolkata Police investigation revealed that Roy’s mobile phone contained several violent and pornographic video clips. According to local media reports, he reportedly confessed his crime without any remorse and told the police, ‘If you want, you can hang me.’ Sanjay Roy’s neighbours revealed many things about his personal life. They alleged that he had married many times. His three wives left him due to his abusive nature. His fourth wife died of cancer last year.
