A painful incident has come to light in Banda, UP, where a mother’s refusal to let her only son play games gave her a lifetime of sorrow. Little did the mother know that just a scolding would extinguish the only light of her house. Actually, the son was playing the Free Fire game, during which the mother stopped him, due to which the son got upset and hanged himself.

The family said that at first the son was trying to scare them by putting a noose around his neck, but then the noose really tightened around his neck and he died. The police have done the paperwork and sent the body to the mortuary for postmortem and have started further legal proceedings. The deceased was a 10th class student.

The whole matter is of Mahurai village of Badausa police station area. Anand Kishore’s 16-year-old son Vikas, who lives here, used to study in a college in Chitrakoot district. Yesterday, instead of going to college, he was playing games at home, on which his mother asked him to study. Both of them had an argument over this matter. In the end, the student got upset and hanged himself to death.

After some time when the mother came to the room, she saw that Vikas was hanging from the noose. She fainted after seeing the dead body of her only son. Lalit, a family member, said that construction work is going on in the house. Vikas has not gone to college for the last several days. He used to play free fire game all day. The mother used to ask him to study, which led to arguments.

At first Vikas was trying to scare people by putting a noose around his neck, but then the noose tightened and he died. No one was present at the spot at that time. Vikas’s father works in a private job in Gujarat. He left for home after getting the information. There is an uproar in the family after the incident.

In this case, Badausa police station in-charge Jaichand Singh said that a student has committed suicide. His mother had asked him to go to school, after which he committed the crime. The body has been sent for post-mortem. The deceased was the only son. The father is out of town. At present, further legal action is being taken.
