‘He should be tested to see if he consumes any drug…’, Kangana said on Rahul Gandhi’s Shiv Barat statement

BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has attacked the Shiv Barat statement made by the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Parliament. Kangana said, “In our democracy, the Prime Minister is elected democratically. Is the PM chosen by looking at gender, age, caste and class?” She further said that those who say such things hurt the Constitution every day.

Kangana Ranaut raised the question that will the Prime Minister be chosen by looking at age and gender? Tomorrow they will say that the Prime Minister will be chosen by skin color. Do they not respect democracy?

Kangana said, “Yesterday also a comedy show was done in the Parliament, there is no dignity in them. Yesterday they were saying there that we are Shivji’s procession and this is Chakravyuh. I think they should be tested to see if they take drugs.”

She further said, “I was surprised yesterday to see the state in which he reaches the parliament and talks in a frenzied manner. In the parliament, he said that this competition is between Shivji’s procession and Chakravyuh, doesn’t it seem that the person should be drug tested? I think that there should be an investigation. He is either under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Does any person talk like this in his senses?”

What did Rahul Gandhi say?

In the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi had compared the Union Budget to the Mahabharata’s Chakravyuh, in which Abhimanyu was trapped and killed.

Rahul Gandhi said, “The ‘Chakravyuh’ that has been created has harmed crores of people. We will break this Chakravyuh. The biggest way to break it is caste census, which you all are afraid of. INDIA Block will pass the guaranteed legal MSP in this house. We will pass the caste census in this house and show it to you.”
