He once used to run a chowmein stall, today he is the owner of crores… Police action against land mafia in Lucknow

A big fraud happened with the farmers in Mohanlalganj, Lucknow. Their land worth about Rs 27 crore was usurped. A gang was working in connivance with the tehsil employees. The police have arrested the mastermind and seven accused. It is being told that one of the accused in this case, Rajan, used to run a chowmein cart, but now he has become the owner of property worth crores of rupees.

According to the information received, Mohanlalganj Rajan, the accused involved in the fraud committed with the farmers, used to sell chowmein on a cart, but now he has a house worth crores, a fleet of luxury cars. Not only this, he also keeps bouncers with him.

Rajan used to set up a chowmein stall in Gosaiganj area of ​​Amethi. He also used to play DJ in weddings. But he made crores of rupees by preparing fake documents and occupying the land. With the help of money, he also started hiring bouncers for his security.

Mohanlalganj police station chief Alok Rai said that during the investigation it was found that Rajan started doing illegal work in the desire to earn money. He earned a lot of wealth by committing fraud. Many cases are already registered against Rajan. Apart from fraud, he has also been involved in acts like intimidation, threats and assault. Due to this, gangster action is being taken against him.

According to the police, in 2016, he sold four bighas of land of the farmer by committing fraud and preparing forged documents. He went to jail in this case. When he was released from jail in 2019, he extorted two crore rupees from a company. Not only this, in 2022, Rajan put another person in place of the missing farmer and started plotting work on his land.

Currently, the police is investigating the involvement of several tehsil employees in this case, because on 25 August, the farmers had met the District Magistrate of Lucknow on Tehsil Diwas and complained about the matter and asked for a fair investigation. In this, a land fraud of Rs 27 crore was revealed.
