The court said in its order that CCTV footage shows that the accused was driving fast on a water-filled road, causing large-scale displacement of water. The court said that due to this, water entered the basement, killing innocent people. The court also believed that the gate broke due to increased water pressure and water entered the basement. The court said that CCTV footage shows that despite being aware of the danger, the driver did not pay attention.
The court said that prima facie CCTV footage shows that some passersby were trying to warn him about the impending danger, but he did not pay heed to it. The court rejected the bail plea calling the allegations of the driver serious. What is the allegation against Manuj Kathuria
