In Gujarat, a man kidnapped his girlfriend’s 2-year-old child. After receiving a complaint, the police arrested the lover from Vasai in Maharashtra and rescued the child.

Actually, the accused lover living in Bangalore did not have a child of his own, after which he kidnapped the two-year-old son of his girlfriend living in dowry in Bharuch. In this case, the girlfriend had lodged a complaint in the dowry police station that her child had been kidnapped.

After receiving the complaint, the police arrested the accused from Vasai in Maharashtra and handed over the child to his mother. According to the complaint of a woman living in Dahej area of ​​Bharuch district, Anil Kumar Yadav had kidnapped her two-year-old child and taken him with him.

Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police registered a case under Section 137 (2) of the Indian Penal Code and formed different teams to search for the accused and the kidnapped child. Giving information about this case, the DSP of Bharuch Division said that the woman currently living in dowry and the accused Anil Kumar had a love affair in Bengaluru. Although the accused was also married, he did not have any children.

The accused was arrested from Vasai

He wanted to keep his girlfriend’s child with him and was taking the child with him from Bengaluru. In this case, the woman lodged a complaint with the police and the police started searching for the child by informing other states about it. Vasai Railway Police of Maharashtra caught the accused with the child and took legal action.
