Famous bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal has decided to join Congress. Talking to Aaj Tak, Kanhaiya Mittal said that I will join Congress soon. It is being said that Kanhaiya Mittal wanted a ticket from BJP from Panchkula seat of Haryana but BJP has again fielded old leader Gyan Chand from here.
During the UP assembly elections held in 2022, Kanhaiya’s song – ‘Jo Ram ko laye hain, hum unko layenge’ became very famous. After this, Kanhaiya Mittal also met CM Yogi and he has also praised the PM and CM from public platforms.
I sang for Yogi ji, not for BJP- Kanhaiya
Not only this, last year he sang the song ‘Main UP Bol Raha Hoon’ in which the works of the Yogi government have been praised. Talking to Aaj Tak about his decision to join the Congress, Kanhaiya Mittal said, ‘I have sung the song for Yogi Adityanath ji, not for the BJP. I want this message to go across the country that BJP is not the only party that talks about Sanatan.’

Kanhaiya Mittal had recently expressed happiness over Bajrang Punia and Vinesh Phogat joining the Congress and said, ‘Many congratulations to my brother and sister.’
Let us tell you that Kanhaiya Mittal had also received an invitation to participate in the Pran Pratishtha of Ram Mandir. Regarding this, Kanhaiya Mittal had said that he will also sing a hymn on unity of Sanatan Dharma to participate in the Pran Pratishtha of Lord Ram.
