On Thursday’s edition of NBC’s “MTP Now,” Ian Sams, senior national spokesman for the Harris-Wolz campaign, said the proposals of 2024 Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris can be thought of “in terms of understanding that there are really big, powerful interests.
