Gujarat News: In Ahmedabad, a man named Rupesh Doshi cheated government officials by claiming to be an officer of security agencies like PMO, CBI, RAW and NIA. This fraudster was committing fraud for the last four years. A complaint has been filed against him in the Ahmedabad Crime Branch.

Rupesh Doshi, who lives in Bopal, Ahmedabad, is a stock market trader. Along with this, he also started cheating. He duped AMC officials, police and other government employees of lakhs of rupees. Rupesh Patel used several SIMs to prove himself to be an officer of PMO, CBI, RAW and NIA.

This accused used to give his number to the person according to his target. To cheat the Gujarat government employee, he used to give a number related to PMO or RAW. To impress the other person, he used to save the name of that number in True Caller as PMO.

According to sources, it has been revealed that Rupesh Doshi has also cheated in the name of transfer of some policemen. If Rupesh had any inconvenience somewhere, he would call government employees and order them to make arrangements. Rupesh was fond of luxury cars. Therefore, he had also bought an expensive car and used to show his pictures to people to show himself as rich.

However, Rupesh Doshi was just a stock market trader. After continuous losses in the stock market, he had no work. To trap people with his words, whether it was about lunch-dinner in a hotel or shopping in a mall, Rupesh used to call the officials and get the necessary arrangements done. Currently, the crime branch team has left for outside Gujarat to arrest Rupesh. Police say that Rupesh will be arrested soon.

‘The Prime Minister is happy with your work, you have to invest Rs 10 lakh and you will get a farm house worth Rs 4 crore.’ By saying these things, the members of the Mevati gang used to cheat BJP workers and leaders. 6 members of this gang have been arrested by the Ahmedabad Crime Branch. During the investigation, the accused have confessed that they used to target people in the name of the Prime Minister.

A BJP worker had lodged a complaint in Ahmedabad Crime Branch that he had received a call. The caller said that he was calling from the Prime Minister’s Office. The Prime Minister is happy with your work and a farm house scheme is being started on the Jaipur-Delhi highway under the leadership of former Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje. You have to invest 10 lakhs in this. After this investment, you will be given a farm house worth up to 4 crores.

After the complaint of the BJP worker, the Ahmedabad Crime Branch started the investigation. The details of the number from which the call came were taken out. After this, Bharat Singh Jatav, Irshad Khan Meo, Irshad Meo, Sabir Meo, Raqib Meo, Mohammad Jahan Meo were arrested from Palwal in Haryana. This gang used to buy SIM cards fraudulently and use them for cheating. These people used to call BJP workers and leaders and target them in the name of investment.

ACP Bharat Patel of Ahmedabad Crime Branch said that all the 6 members of Mevati Gang used to advertise work from home for pencil packing of Nataraj Company through Facebook and used to cheat people who fell into the trap. In the greed of earning more money, they started cheating in the name of Prime Minister’s Office. Photos of farm house projects were also shared on WhatsApp by the gang.

ACP Bharat Patel said that cases have already been registered against all the accused of the Mevati gang in Ahmedabad and Banaskantha. The mastermind of this case is Irshad, who is a civil engineer. The crime branch has taken all the accused on remand and started investigating how many people they have cheated and collected money from in the name of investment.
