The ongoing Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games are the biggest event ever held in France. The Olympic Games began on 26 July and will continue till 11 August. Every game and victory or defeat in it will be recorded in history. At present, every day news of victory of players in different sports is coming from different countries. Although there have been some controversies, but what happened on Friday was amazing.
Actually, Chinese female badminton player Huang Yaqiong won the gold medal in mixed doubles with her partner Zheng Siwei. Immediately after this, she was still celebrating when another badminton teammate Liu Yuchen proposed her for marriage in front of everyone.
Liu was her boyfriend. She was thrilled by the proposal and could not say no. A video of this beautiful moment was captured on camera and went viral on social media. Huang along with Zheng Siwei had just won the gold medal in mixed doubles by defeating South Korea’s Kim Won Ho and Jeong Na Yun 21-8 21-11, when she got this double happiness.

Let us tell you that on the eighth day of Paris Olympics i.e. on 3rd August (Saturday), Indian players are showing their strength. Indian players are participating in events like shooting, archery, boxing, golf, sailing. Manu Bhaker is expected to win a gold medal in shooting. Deepika Kumari and Bhajan Kaur are also expected to perform well in archery. India has won 3 bronze medals in Paris Olympics so far.
