The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for rain today in Dehradun, Tehri Champawat, Nainital, Chamoli and Bageshwar of Uttarakhand.

Due to rain, the water level of rivers in Himachal is continuously rising. In the video you can see that Hanuman temple has submerged in the strong current of the river in Markanda. At the same time, due to the surge in Markanda river in Sirmaur district, some people got stuck on the island, who had to take the help of JCB machine to evacuate them.

Rain is wreaking havoc in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh. Due to the continuous heavy rains in Dharamsala, the roads have been damaged, due to which traffic has been disrupted.

Landslides were also seen on the footpath to Kedarnath. A big mountain broke and fell into the Mandakini river, due to which the flow of the river stopped and a pond was formed in the upper part. In view of this incident, the administration has issued an alert from Gaurikund to Rudraprayag and has appealed to people not to go towards the Mandakini river.

Due to the landslide on the Badrinath highway in Chamoli, broken trees and debris piled up on the road, due to which the movement of vehicles was stopped. However, continuous efforts are being made to open the highway closed due to the landslide.

Rain has caused havoc in Himachal Pradesh. Waterfalls and rivers are in spate due to continuous rain. Factories located in the industrial area of ​​Una collapsed due to flood water, due to which 12 people died and 3 people are still missing.

Heavy rains are also occurring in many districts of Rajasthan. Amid warnings of heavy rains in some parts of the state, the district collectors of Sawai Madhopur, Karauli, Bharatpur and Dausa have directed to keep all government and private schools closed on Monday. At the same time, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan has directed to form joint teams of the concerned departments to expedite relief and rescue work in the affected areas.
