Fraud on land worth 27 crores in Lucknow… occupied it fraudulently, 7 arrested including mastermind

UP News: A land fraud has come to light in Mohanlalganj, Lucknow. Here, the land of farmers was usurped with the connivance of an employee of Mohanlalganj tehsil. It is alleged that a whole gang was working behind this, which has been exposed by the police. The police have arrested 7 people including the mastermind in this case.

It has also come to light that the role of Revenue Inspector Harendra Kumar, who complained about the matter, is also under suspicion. In this case, SDM Mohanlalganj has written a letter to the DM demanding departmental action.

Mohanlalganj police is investigating the involvement of several employees of the tehsil, because on 25 August, on Tehsil Diwas, the farmers had met the District Magistrate of Lucknow and complained about the matter and asked for a fair investigation. In this, a land fraud of Rs 27 crore was revealed.

Mohanlalganj SHO Alok Rai said that the police team has arrested 7 cunning fraudsters who used to commit fraud and tamper with documents. Revenue Inspector Harendra Singh had informed that fraud has been committed by giving a bribe of one lakh rupees, in which the name of Ram Aadhar was fraudulently entered in the revenue records in place of the account holder mentioned in the village Dhaurahra Real Time Khatauni, Premvati resident of Bhatwara and others without any instruction.

Ram Aadhar had paid a bribe of Rs 1 lakh to get his name registered in the Khatauni. After this, a sale deed was prepared in the name of mastermind Ramsuchit alias Rajan to sell that land. In this entire game, the role of Ram Aadhar, Ramsuchit Yadav and data entry operator Heramb Shukla associated with the Khatauni was exposed.

Similarly, in village Gauriyakala, the name of Brij Kishore was removed from the real Khatauni. In this case, the involvement of Mohd. Tablok, Gufran Ahmed, Khurshid Ahmed and Haseeb was found. Due to this, a case has been registered and the police have arrested all the accused.
