According to multiple reports, an assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump occurred during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13, 2024. Ronny Jackson, Trump’s former White House physician, stated that his nephew was present at the rally and was injured in the shooting .

Jackson told Fox News and Newsmax that his nephew’s neck was “grazed by a bullet” and that he was “bleeding” after the incident . The congressman, who was not at the event himself, said his nephew was seated in a “friends and family” section behind Trump when the shots were fired.
