Former legislator indal rawat Arrested: Lucknow police arrested former SP MLA from Malihabad Indal Rawat on Thursday in the case of fraudulently usurping crores of rupees. In February this year, Raj Infra Housing MD Rajesh Pandey had filed an FIR against him on the court’s order for registering land with fake documents. Cases have been registered against MLA Indal Rawat in several cases
ACP said that Rajesh Pandey, Managing Director of Raj Infra Housing Private Limited, had filed a case in February, making serious allegations against the former MLA. The Managing Director had alleged that in 2014, former MLA Indal Rawat contacted the company and told them that he had a piece of land in Behta Sabauli. Make an agreement on this and build a six-storey building, after which the company made an agreement with the former MLA.
ACP said that several cases are registered against Indal Rawat in various police stations. He has been arrested in a fraud case registered in Gomti Nagar. One of the cases was registered by a woman resident of Madiyanv village, in which he was accused of occupying a house.
