The MP-MLA court has declared Swami Prasad Maurya and his former MP daughter Sanghamitra absconding. This action has been taken in a divorce case. The court has issued an order for not appearing regularly in the case filed in the matter of marrying fraudulently without taking divorce.

According to the information, the MP-MLA court of Lucknow has given the order to issue Section 82 of the Indian Penal Code against three people including Swami Prasad Maurya and Sanghmitra Maurya in the Deepak Kumar Swarnakar case. It is alleged that Swami Prasad Maurya and his former MP daughter Sanghmitra Maurya did not appear in the court even after issuing summons thrice, bailable warrant twice and non-bailable warrant once, after which this action has been taken.

Let us tell you, earlier Swami Prasad Maurya had also approached the High Court against the MP-MLA court, from where he was severely reprimanded. The High Court had said that there is enough evidence against you, you will have to go back to the MP-MLA court. Despite this, the Maurya family approached the Supreme Court. However, the court did not take any action on this matter.

What is the whole matter?

Deepak Kumar Swarnkar, who lives in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, alleges that he was living in a live-in relationship with Sanghamitra Maurya in 2016. Deepak got married on 3 January 2019. However, later a murderous attack was made on him to hide the fact of the marriage. Deepak Kumar went to court regarding this. Deepak Kumar has said in the court that Sanghamitra and her father had earlier told him that Sanghamitra was already married and had got divorced.
