Focus on triple talaq victims and Muslim professionals… BJP has prepared a special plan to make inroads among minorities in UP

To make inroads among minorities in UP, the BJP has made a special plan to connect Muslim professionals and triple talaq victims. Earlier, Muslim women had benefited in the 2019 Lok Sabha and 2022 assembly elections, but the results in 2024 were not as expected. This time the BJP has decided to connect Muslims, especially triple talaq victims and Muslim professionals, in a special way in the membership campaign.

Giving information, BJP Minority Front President Kunwar Basit Ali said that the party has set a target of making five lakh new Muslim members to connect with every section of the Muslim community. Triple Talaq beneficiary women as well as professionals and religious leaders and beneficiaries of government schemes will be connected with the membership campaign. The opposition has fabricated a false story in the recent elections, but a large section of minorities looks towards PM Modi and his work and policies, which wants to connect with our vision.

Let us tell you that during the BJP membership campaign held every six years, existing membership is renewed and new members are made. BJP National President JP Nadda launched the campaign on Monday and made Prime Minister Modi the first member of the campaign. In this sequence, UP CM Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak also took membership of the party in a program organized here to start the BJP Membership Campaign-2024 in the state.

State BJP president Bhupendra Chaudhary presented membership certificates to Chief Minister Adityanath and Deputy Chief Ministers Maurya and Pathak. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asked BJP workers to take the party’s membership drive launched in the state as ‘Ramkaaj’ (Lord Ram’s work). Adityanath said that this campaign is a great opportunity to make people who are getting the benefit of various public welfare schemes members of the party.

BJP state president Chaudhary Bhupendra Singh said that under the party’s membership campaign in the state, at least 200 members are to be made at every polling booth. At present, there are about 1.62 lakh booths in the state. He said that in the first phase, the campaign to make ordinary members will run from September 2 to September 25. In the next phase, the campaign to make active members will run from October 1 to October 15.
