Father and uncle’s death had a bad impact, Kapoor family was broken, Riddhima’s pain spilled out

Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor is going to make her OTT debut with the third season of Netflix’s ‘Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives’. Before her OTT debut, she spoke openly about her personal life. She also admitted that the last three years have been very difficult for her family.

Riddhima was devastated by the death of her father and uncle
In an interview to UK RJ Anushka Arora, Riddhima told that the death of her father Rishi Kapoor and uncle Rajiv Kapoor had left everyone devastated. She says- The last three years have been very difficult for the family, but this is what brought us closer to each other. We take care of each other. Now we have come closer to each other than before.

Now we call each other every other day. We are on FaceTime. We go to see each other every other day or every other day. At least we know what is happening to us. So this time has definitely brought us closer to each other.

What did Ranbir say?
Earlier, on the release of Animal, Ranbir Kapoor had talked about his father. He had said- I lost my father a few years ago. I think a person who loses his parents feels that he did not spend much time with his parents. When I was growing up, my father was very busy with shooting. He used to do double-triple shifts. He also used to travel a lot in connection with shooting. That is why we could never become friends. We could not sit together and talk. I regret this a lot. I wish I could share more of my heart with him. I respected him, but we never became friends. But I am happy that I have a daughter who loves me. If God takes something away from you, he gives you something.

Let us tell you that Bollywood veteran actor Rishi Kapoor said goodbye to the world in April 2020. His brother Rajiv Kapoor died in February 2021. This year Riddhima and Ranbir lost their aunt Ritu Nanda. Ritu Nanda died in January 2021.
