According to the police, on 21 April 2022, the sub-district magistrate had declared the building illegal and ordered its demolition. Because, this multi-storey building was built without getting the map passed. The SP said that Haji Raza is an active member of D-69, against whom cases have been registered under more than 23 serious sections in many police station areas of the district. Action has been taken to demolish his under-construction shopping complex.

Let us tell you that in the Bakarganj area of ​​Thana Kotwali area of ​​Fatehpur district, on Monday morning, the sudden deployment of police and PAC force from ten police stations created a sensation in the area. SDM Sadar Pradeep Raman and CO City Sushil Kumar Dubey reached the spot along with revenue officers. With two bulldozers, everyone started the process of demolishing the multi-storey under-construction shopping complex of Haji Raza, a resident of Pani Mohalla.

Haji Raza is also a leader of SP and is an active member of D-69 gang. In the last Lok Sabha elections, a program was held in Sultanpur Ghosh on the victory of SP candidate Naresh Uttam Patel, where Haji Raza used objectionable words against the Prime Minister. A local BJP leader had filed a case against Raza in this matter.

In this case, SP Dhawal Jaiswal said that action has been taken against a notorious gangster Haji Raza alias Haji Mohammad under Fatehpur Kotwali. 23 cases are registered against him and he is a member of gangster gang D-69. Raza is also a notorious history-sheeter of the local police station. He had an under-construction shopping complex, which has been demolished. The complex was demolished under Section 10 of the Uttar Pradesh Construction Regulation Act 1958. Its estimated price including the land is more than Rs 20 crore.

Investigation is being done regarding all his properties and such action will be taken in future as well. During the election, he had made a wrong comment on the Hon’ble Prime Minister, in relation to which a case was registered in Sultanpur Ghosh.
