A case has come to light from Bhagalpur district which will shock you. Actually, a person from the district duped many people by putting a board of Senior Deputy Collector (ADM) on his car. When this came to the notice of Bhagalpur police, the police caught him. The entire case is being told of Jogsar police station area. The name of the person who has been caught is Raj Pandey.
The accused used to travel with his wife in a white luxury car
According to the information, Jogsar police arrested Raj Pandey and his wife Pushpa Pandey near their residence in Kharmanchak Mohalla when both of them were going out in their white luxury car. There was a red board of Bihar Government, Senior Deputy Collector in front of the car.

After the arrest, the police have also seized the vehicle. Also, a case of fraud has been registered against the accused Raj Pandey and his wife. Jogsar SHO Krishna Nandan Kumar Singh said that the fake ADM and his wife have been arrested. Both of them used to travel in a white luxury car number BR 01 PG 9119 and used to commit fraud.
Due to ill health, the police released him on PR bond
After the arrest, the fake ADM and his wife were brought to the police station and questioned about their being senior sub-divisional officers. Valid documents were also sought. But Ajay did not present any valid documents and did not give any satisfactory answer. Raj Pandey, who was travelling in the vehicle, had plaster on both his legs. When asked, he said that his bone was broken and he was going for treatment. Whereas, Raj Pandey and his wife Pushpa Pandey were released on PR bond as they were unwell.
He used to charge 5-5 lakh rupees for distributing the license
Jogsar police station in-charge Inspector Krishnanandan Kumar Singh said that cases are registered against Raj Pandey in Jogsar, Nathnagar and Siliguri of West Bengal. Raj Pandey had distributed fake arms licenses to hundreds of people in many districts including Bhagalpur, Khagaria, Munger, Banka, Navgachiya. He used to charge up to four to five lakh rupees for one license.
