Aaj Tak has received exclusive information about the confession of the accused who fired at actor Salman Khan’s house. In their confession, shooters Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal said that not only did they get instructions from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol to fire at the actor’s house, but Lawrence Bishnoi, who is in jail, himself talked to the attackers on the Signal app a few hours before carrying out the firing on April 13.
The planning of the attack was going on for a year
The statements of the accused, which are now part of the chargesheet filed by the Anti Extortion Cell of Mumbai Crime Branch, show that the plan for this attack was going on for almost a year. Sagar Pal was the person who was appointed by Anmol Bishnoi for this work long ago.
Lawrence Bishnoi had encouraged the accused
A few hours before carrying out the firing incident on April 13, Anmol Bishnoi made Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta talk to his brother Lawrence Bishnoi to boost their morale. After this, Lawrence Bishnoi encouraged the two attackers by telling them that ‘your work will be good, you don’t worry and get ready for the firing.’

He said- you are working for the society…
Anmol Bishnoi also motivated both the attackers through a recorded message and said that they are working for the society and this will help in improving the society. Vicky Gupta has said in his statement that he and Sagar were so excited about this work that they were ready to shoot anyone. He said in his statement that during the firing, they were also ready to kill anyone who came in their way.
Both the attackers are from the same village
Vicky told that he and Sagar were from the same village. During the lockdown in 2020, he felt the urge to smoke cigarettes, so he went out and started meeting Sagar. After Diwali 2022, he started talking to Sagar Pal regularly. Then Sagar told him that he knows people of Lawrence Bishnoi gang and has a friend named Ankit who works for Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Sagar Pal used to work in a spare parts company in Jalandhar. In early 2023, Sagar helped Vicky with Rs 500. In July 2023, Vicky Gupta went to meet Sagar in Jalandhar in search of a driver’s job and then he met Ankit there. After this Vicky Gupta went to Chennai and then came back to the village. A month later, Sagar called him back to Jalandhar saying that he had found a job for him.
Enrolled in gang on the pretext of job
When Vicky Gupta reached Jalandhar again and met Sagar, he told him that he was in touch with Anmol Bishnoi through Signal. After this he revealed the plan to shoot Salman Khan. In October 2023, both of them were sent to Mumbai and then they were advised to take a room in Panvel. But for some reason they came back again. After this, both of them were sent back again in March 2024 to shoot and some other people helped them in this work.
