Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a visit to Ukraine. He reached Kiev on Friday morning by train directly from Poland. On reaching Kiev, he was warmly welcomed by the people of the Indian community. Meanwhile, he met President Zelensky.
PM Modi had reached the Ukraine National Museum with President Zelensky. Many pictures and videos of this meeting have surfaced, in which both of them can be seen getting emotional. Actually, here both the leaders paid tribute to the children killed in the Russia and Ukraine war.
Before this meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered flowers to the bronze statue of Mahatma Gandhi at the AV Fomin Botanical Garden in Kiev. This statue was installed in 2020 on the 151st birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the Ukrainian capital Kyiv on Friday morning. On reaching Kyiv, he was warmly welcomed with slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai. He met about 200 Indian citizens here. During this time, PM Modi’s affection was clearly visible.
