A senior ED official confirmed that the agency’s Lucknow unit again summoned Elvish Yadav on July 23, as he expressed his inability to appear before the ED on July 8, citing his foreign tour. The official said that Elvish Yadav has been exempted and allowed to come later. He said that Elvish Yadav’s close associate and Haryana singer Rahul Yadav, known as Fazilpuria, was questioned for several hours at the ED’s Lucknow office on Monday.
