However, Elvish Yadav had asked for a few days’ time saying that he was abroad, on which ED has now issued a summon to appear on July 23.

According to the information, earlier, Ed The ED had registered a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in the snake venom case in May this year, as a large amount of money was involved in the racket. Let us tell you that on March 17, Elvish Yadav was also sent to 14-day judicial custody. However, he got bail from the court five days later. A senior ED official confirmed that the agency’s Lucknow unit again summoned Elvish Yadav on July 23, as he expressed his inability to appear before the ED on July 8, citing his foreign tour. The official said that Elvish Yadav has been exempted and allowed to come later. He said that Elvish Yadav’s close associate and Haryana singer Rahul Yadav, known as Fazilpuria, was questioned for several hours at the ED’s Lucknow office on Monday.
