The lawyer complainants duly complained about it in writing to the police officer. After this, the police has also assured an investigation. As soon as his photo with the Golden Peak of Baba Kashi Vishwanath went viral, some people did not like it. Because this area is a restricted red zone area and photography is also prohibited there. Against this act of Elvish, lawyers reached the Joint Police Commissioner Headquarters and Crime Office located at Varanasi District Headquarters and complained about it.
Lawyer’s Elvish allegations
Complainant advocate Pratik Singh said that Elvish Yadav is a person of criminal nature. How did he reach the restricted area of Baba Kashi Vishwanath and get his photo taken? This matter should be investigated and action should be taken against those who took the photo. Because the place where the photo was taken is completely restricted where even a pen cannot be taken, how can photography be done there?
In this case, Joint Commissioner of Police, Head Quarter and Crime, Varanasi, Dr. K. Agilerson said that a complaint has been received from some people about the whole matter. After which the investigation of this matter has been handed over to the Gyanvapi Security DCP. Appropriate action will be taken. On the photography of VIPs visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple every day, Joint Commissioner of Police, Varanasi said that do not make such allegations, there are strong security arrangements all around.
