After the announcement of Jammu-Kashmir and Haryana assembly elections, all the political parties are busy in preparations. Election atmosphere is visible from Haryana to Jammu-Kashmir. On Thursday, BJP released its first list of 67 candidates for Haryana assembly elections.
BJP’s first list includes the name of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, who will contest from Ladwa constituency. Vij will be the BJP candidate from Ambala Cantonment constituency, a seat he has won three times in a row since 2009. Former MP from Kurukshetra Naib Singh Saini will contest the upcoming elections from Karnal assembly seat.
Voting will be held in Haryana on October 5 and counting of votes will be done on October 8. At the same time, preparations have been made for elections in three phases in Jammu and Kashmir. Voters will cast their votes for 90 assembly seats on September 18, September 25 and October 1. At the same time, the election results will be declared on October 8.
